Boxing

Boxing - the sweet science as they call it is considered as one of the most important tools in combat sports. It's make a lot of difference for someone who know how to box and don't know how to box.

Asfitness boxing program is catered to those who wish to improve their boxing skills, footwork and body movements. With proper guidance from our experience trainers, we will ensure it will add to your arsenal for muaythai & MMA.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

Mixed Martial Arts is a fight sport that incorporates the striking arts such as Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Karate etc and grappling arts such as Sambo, Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo etc.

MMA bouts usually last for 5 mins each. Championship bouts normally consist of 5 rounds and undercard bouts consist of 3 rounds. Prominent MMA promotions are the UFC, Dreams FC, Shooto etc.

Here at ASfitness, our instructors are well versed in the striking and grappling arts. We compete regularly to keep our skills sharp and are constantly upgrading ourselves for the betterment of our personal development as well as our clients.

ASF POWER LUNCH TRAINING!!

Power lunch training is suitable for those who are looking for a short and intensive workout during lunch break. Training will be 1 on 1. Training includes Muaythai/boxing pad work, strength & conditioning training with kettlebells and weight training.

Gloves and hand wraps are available

Submission grappling or No-Gi grappling

Submission grappling or No-Gi grappling is a very popular sport around the world. It involves take downs, throws, ground control and submission techniques like chokes, armlocks and leg locks etc. A lot of moves are commonly seen in traditional martial arts such as Wrestling, Sambo, Judo, Ju Jitsu etc.
